PHOENIX - October 12, 2010 - Axway, the Business Interactions Networks company, today announced that its security and managed file transfer (MFT) portfolio will be available to Dell customers through a recent agreement. Axway’s security and MFT solutions, including Axway Validation Authority and Axway File Transfer Direct, help worldwide organizations secure the transfer of and access to sensitive information.
Dell is authorized to resell Axway’s Validation Authority Suite, File Transfer Direct and MFT solutions. The offerings help companies manage access to information, and secure information transmission, to complete their data loss protection strategies.
“We applaud Dell’s continued leadership in bringing cutting-edge solutions to its customers,” said Christophe Fabre, CEO, Axway. “Our heritage in protecting critical business interactions across all channels enables companies to secure sensitive data in motion and data in use with high levels of visibility and compliance.”
In Gartner’s 2009 “Magic Quadrant for Managed File Transfer,” 1 Axway was recognized as a leader in the MFT market space. Our MFT solutions, including Axway File Transfer Direct, help companies exchange information between disparate platforms, applications, people and trading partners in a wide range of formats.
Axway’s Validation Authority Suite provides real-time validation of digital credentials to establish trust and federated identity, as well as multi-level authorization within logical and physical access requirements. It ensures that revoked or invalid credentials cannot be used to retrieve secure e-mail, login via smart card, gain network access or perform other sensitive electronic transactions.
