Axway Solutions Earn AS2 Interoperability Certification from Drummond Group

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Axway, the leading global provider of multi-enterprise solutions and infrastructure, today announced that Axway Gateway Interchange and Axway Endpoint Activator have passed the AS2-3Q08 Interoperability test and achieved Optional Profile certification from the Drummond Certified™ Program.

Gateway Interchange and Endpoint Activator successfully met or exceeded the AS2 Interoperability specifications and secured five Optional Profiles for an extra layer of features and functionality, including: AS2 Reliability, Certificate Exchange Messaging (CEM), Filename Preservation (FN), Multiple Attachments (MA), and FN for MA (FN-MA). The Optional Profiles were developed by Drummond to satisfy differing needs across various industries. AS2 is the Request for Comments (RFC) standard (RFC 4130) by which data is securely and reliably transferred from business-to-business over the Internet.
