Axway Named to "Top 40 Emerging Software Vendors" List for Second Consecutive Year

Manufacturing Business Technology's Award Honors Axway's Impact on the Manufacturing Industry

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. and PARIS - Axway, Inc. today announced that it has been named to Manufacturing Business Technology's "Top 40 Emerging Software Vendors" list for the second consecutive year. This list is selected by the magazine's senior editorial team and highlights 40 up-and-coming software and application vendors in manufacturing, enterprise and supply chain markets. Cyclone Commerce, which merged with Axway this year, was recognized in 2005 for its strong growth and rapidly growing customer base.

Manufacturing Business Technology selected the leading information technology vendors for the manufacturing industry based on growth statistics, recent customer wins, product innovation and overall company direction. The list honors Axway as an emerging vendor for maintaining solid revenue during its merger with Cyclone and for its increasing portfolio of high-profile customers.

"We're honored to be recognized by Manufacturing Business Technology for our collaborative business solutions for the second year in a row," said Scott Hausman, Axway's senior vice president of solutions marketing and alliances. "This award only adds to the growing momentum we've built since the merger of Axway and Cyclone. Time and again, we've received recognition as a trailblazer. We're proud that Axway's work with partners and customers has created efficient and effective solutions for their businesses while continuing to push the competitive envelope within the industry."

The Top 40 Emerging Vendors are featured in the October 2006 issue of Manufacturing Business Technology magazine and is available online at http://www.mbtmag.com/emergingvendors.
